I am an existing customer - is PollMonkey going away?
We are looking to plan to expand our SurveyMonkey service to include many of the polling features supported by PollMonkey. Currently, PollMonkey is still happily supporting existing customers.
I am an existing customer - will I still have access to my account and my data?
Yes, as of now, nothing will change. You'll continue to have full access to your account and will be able to collect data as normal. To show our appreciation for your understanding, we'll be waiving any future subscription fees!
I am an existing customer - will my ongoing polls continue to work after the transition?
We aim to make the transition from PollMonkey to SurveyMonkey as smooth as possible for PollMonkey customers - we're working through the details of how PollMonkey will transition functionality to SurveyMonkey.
I am an existing customer - will I be informed of any changes in service?
We will send a notice to all current PollMonkey customers at least two weeks before the final transition date to let all of our users know that they should download their data before the transition.
I'm not a customer, but I want to sign up for an account. Can I?
Although we are no longer accepting new PollMonkey accounts, we invite you to try our online survey creation software at SurveyMonkey. We offer both free, Basic accounts and paid Professional accounts. You can view our service at SurveyMonkey.
